Our Story
Renewed Homes is a real estate investing company committed to buying distressed homes at fair prices. We got our start back in 2015, when we realized we could use our own personal passions for building and renovating homes to better our West Michigan community. Since then, we’ve purchased and renovated a number of homes throughout Muskegon, Ottawa, Kent, Allegan, Van Buren, Barry, and Montcalm counties, constantly working to help community members in tense situations move on from troublesome houses, and turning those tough projects into beautiful investments for the next owner.
Our local business is dedicated to helping you move on from financial worry.
