How can I stay in my home?

Best way to reinstate your mortgate (pay it current). Many people use their savings and borrow the remaining funds from friends, family, church, etc. There are also less desirable options such as a loan modification or bankruptcy.

Can I still sell while I am in foreclosure?

Yes, you can sell during the pre-foreclosure process to prevent the foreclosure. Even after the foreclosure, Michigan allows a 6- or 12-month redemption period where you can live in the home for free and sell during that period. We have bought 1,000s of homes in pre-and post-foreclosure over the years.

How long can I stay in my home?

Until the redemption period expires.

If I sell my house to you, do I have to make any repairs or clean it out?

No, we provide value by purchasing your home AS-IS. Take what you want and leave the rest behind for us to deal with.

If I sell to you, when do I get paid and when do I have to move out?

We can close and get you paid within 24 hours of initial contact! We typically give seller 3 – 6 months to live in the property for free so that they have sufficient time to find their next perfect home.
